Lead a team of data scientists to elevate the standard of care by designing a risk score model to ensure highest level of engagement for over 1 million patients on the care program. Study engagement and adherence patterns to identify drivers leading to engagement on the care program and adherence to the therapy. Score each patient on the probability to churn from the engagement program and subsequently churn off the therapy. Recommend data driven retention strategy.

Demand Forecasting, Kitchen and Bath hardware manufacturer

Delivered a bottom-line impact of over $20M by developing a demand forecasting engine that forecasts long-range and short-range demand at a SKU level. The engine generates forecasts monthly for over 10,000 SKU(s) and gives business a 30 day and 90 day forecast to inform production planning and raw material procurement. Complemented the forecasting engine with a consensus building platform where key account managers can run field experiments like NLP and end-cap promotions, input market intelligence and study drivers of demand. Led and managed a cross function team of data scientists, data engineers and product managers to deliver a product of merit.

Decision Management Framework, Largest non-alcoholic beverage company

Designed and developed a global decision management framework to ensure outcome-based decision making across the organization. The framework streamlined the roadmap for building analytical capabilities to ensure each analytical capability is aligned to the organization’s strategic vision. This gave the central analytics function a visibility to the executive level. The framework was designed by collaborating with stakeholders from North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Singapore and West Africa. The framework was launched and piloted in Greece.

Fraud, Waste and Abuse Management, Worlds’ 5th Largest Insurance Company

Developed a Fraud, waste and abuse management system to predict and prevent annual financial leakage of $8M on a bottom line of $300M. The FWA engine helped adjudicators triage health insurance claims to reduce the volume of manual adjurations. Created standard operating procedures and staffed a special investigation unit that lead efforts to combat FWA.

Case and Utilization Management, Worlds’ 5th Largest Insurance Company

For the pre-approval unit setup a self learning early warning system that flags activity for case and utilization management by predicting events that require an intervention of a case manager to optimize cost of treatment and elevate the standard of care for the patients.

Provider Management, Worlds’ 5th Largest Insurance Company

Designed an industry leading fee-for-value negotiation system that replaced the legacy fee-for-service contracts between the customer and healthcare providers. The new negotiation system incentivized health care providers on better health outcomes against traditional incentive structure around services engaged by customer.
