I am a data analytics leader and invited speaker on people analytics and the future of work. I currently lead analytics in the Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation at Koch Industries, where I have established a roadmap for combining business and employee data to drive profitable actions across diverse P&Ls. I am passionate about driving change and helping business leaders see data as an asset in global organizations. I excel at showing executives the “art of the possible” through both 1-on-1 dialogues and facilitated hands-on workshops, and co-creating customizable, scalable solutions in predictive analytics in HR and Supply Chain domains. I have built and led on-shore/off-shore analytics teams and capabilities from the ground up in highly matrixed multi-national corporations with 100-300K employees and 100B+ annual revenue.
