Summary

I’m currently completing the Master in Fashion Direction: Brand and Communication Management at Milano Fashion Institute and will be graduated in 2021. I speak Bahasa Indonesia, English, Italian and studying Korean.

I have 4 years of work experience. 3 years in Indonesia as Associate Brand Manager and 1 year in Thailand as Community Operation Specialist. I worked closely with data, client, policy, regulation, trend on social media, and across departments such as VM, Designers, Merchandiser, and Marketing.

1. Product Development : Make business plan with brand identity, distribution plan, segmentation, target and positioning of a brand-new Batik Brand for the company. Analyzed SWOT and conducted research.

2. Forecast Management : Calculate and set target of production quantity and sales quarterly based on expenditure budgets and potential sales at certain months.

3. Relationship Management: Weekly engage with Department Stores as an offline platform and negotiated beneficial profit margin also futureevents.

4. Budgeting : Plan, execute and evaluate the budget of every expense and capital needs based on activity plans by calculating Gross Profit target and optimizing existing resources. Also set expenditure budget (COGM) for merchandiser.

5. Report and Analysis : Evaluate and present monthly review to COO and General Manager regarding to profit performance, commercial designs and expenses. Which resulted in 50% Gross Profit on average for first 6 months.
