Prior to his current position, from 2016 to 2024, he led Pennsauken Public School as the Superintendent, where he managed a large budget and spearheaded the development of over 20 career and technical education programs. These initiatives provided students with diverse opportunities in fields such as carpentry, automobile technology, and culinary arts, significantly enhancing the district's educational offerings.

Before his tenure at Pennsauken, he improved educational outcomes and facilities as the Superintendent and Principal of Woodlynne School District. His earlier career also included roles such as vice principal at Salem County Vocational Technical Schools and supervisor of secondary education at Mercer County Technical Schools, where he was instrumental in launching a new Health Science Academy.

In addition to his primary roles in K-12 education, he has taught at the college level as an Adjunct Professor of Biology at Rowan University, enriching the academic experience of countless students in the health and science fields. His career is further complemented by his culinary experience, having spent 25 years mastering the culinary arts as the Head Cook in his family's restaurant.
