I help leaders decide what value to derive next from their information assets. Then I implement a durable information management architecture and methodology that delivers that value quickly and consistently produces prioritized value.
I show information product development teams how to add value in alignment with organizational objectives. This empowers leaders to prioritize feature delivery while allowing teams to be creative in determining how best to design those features.
I contribute to the international business intelligence community through articles focused on improving communications between IT and its stakeholders. I produce this content in collaboration with Max and Max Communications for The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI) and 1105 Media. - Implemented a structured agile framework approach to deliver weighted shortest job first (WSJF), a top prospects list
- Served agile team as data architect, BI/DW developer, scrum master, and product owner
- Sustained progress of data governance program in its initial stages of development
- Worked directly with business unit directors and their stakeholders to define WSJF while building a product backlog
- Developed roadmap for unifying business unit data and operations to provide integrated, improved customer service

- Implemented scaled agile framework (SAFe) for BI/DW product development and delivery, coordinating that effort with a certified SAFe trainer and coach
- Served the agile BI team as data architect, BI/DW developer, scrum master, and product owner while helping management to attract and hire qualified staff to permanently fill these roles
- Trained existing staff how to create and use both data vault and dimensional modeling techniques
