Formed RSR Capital Advisors as a full service real estate firm that concentrated on advisory services, leasing, sales and development primarily in the Florida market. RSR focuses on equity tranches of $1 to $5 million. Obtained entitlement approvals for multiple commercial residential projects throughout Florida. RSR offered a wide range of real estate services including brokerage, consulting, entitlement and development management.
Led all aspects of acquisition, planning, development, marketing, investor acquisition and relations and disposition of a wide variety of assets.

The Investor Services Leader is responsible for the integration of agency leasing, asset services and capital markets functions and the professionals who perform those services at the market level with the intended effect of increasing overall market and wallet share as well as ensuring well-coordinated and consistent service delivery for existing CBRE clients.
• Collaborates with local leadership and assists with business development for all Investor Services business, including Agency Brokerage, IP, Asset Services, PJM, DSF and VAS.

* US Partner for a major German concern focused on offering high net worth Europeans an opportunity to invest within the United States.
* Responsible for all aspects of the acquisition of equity and debt, negotiating for the acquisition of properties, development or redevelopment as necessary, reporting to investors, property management, marketing, leasing and ultimately disposition of the asset.
* Grew the portfolio substantially and moved the company into markets beyond the previous focus of South Florida and Orlando to include properties and development relationships throughout the Southeast and into Texas and New Mexico.
* The driving factor in the development, marketing and leasing of multiple buildings within the University of Central Florida Research Park and the development of a new town in New Mexico, Santa Teresa. Was responsible for the acquisition and disposition of millions of square feet of improved real estate and developable land.
Vice President Marketing and Sales
ITT Development Company / Palm Coast
* Responsible for marketing, sales and ultimately the liquidation of a major master planned community on the east coast of Florida, Palm Coast. A sales program projected to progress over a ten-year period, was directly responsible for leading the sales of a significant portion of the assets of this major corporate entity.
* Marketed and sourced purchasers then closed the sale of hundreds of acres of ocean and riverfront property, four golf courses, one hotel, as well as numerous entities involved in the community such as the sales and marketing and real estate sales operations. All of this was completed in three years.
* Responsible for the overall sales of the community including the 500 person residential sales operations.
During the disposition process was introduced too and then recruited by a German syndicator to grow their U.S. market in the Southern United States.
Director of Commercial Properties
Westinghouse Communities, Coral Ridge Properties / Coral Springs
* Hired to evaluate and effectuate the development and sale of multiple tracts of land for viable commercial, residential and multifamily projects within the 50,000 acre community of Coral Springs, Florida.
* Was instrumental in founding the first ever Florida public private venture to create the Coral Springs Economic Development Committee.
* Following the successful development, sales and leasing of many vertical and horizontal developments the goals were refined by Westinghouse to evaluate the individual aspects of their US real estate portfolio and provide recommendations for disposition.
* Was a one-man team evaluating properties ranging from vacant commercial and residential land to nuclear disposition sites in Utah, nuclear rod manufacturing plants in South Carolina, sites involved with commercial trucking refrigeration in numerous states as well as improved and entitled land and vertically improved real estate assets. This project was projected for a ten year time horizon. Led aspects of the evaluation and disposition which led to a conclusion within three years.
Based on the successful completion of a major portion of the disposition program was recruited by ITT Corporation to evaluate and effectuate a similar strategy.
Director of Marketing and Sales
Tishman Speyer Properties / Boca Raton
* Led the marketing, sales and leasing of two major corporate commercial industrial developments, the Arvida Park of Commerce (APOC) and the Weston Park of Commerce (WPOC) in Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale respectively.
* At the beginning of the campaign, APOC was already a major corporate destination anchored by IBM. Directed numerous corporate relocations to APOC including major developments by Siemens and Sony Corporations.
* WPOC was a ground up Development of Regional Impact involving several thousand acres. Tishman Speyer in conjunction with equity partner, The Equitable, directed the acquisition of the property from ARVIDA Corporation. Was involved with the predevelopment planning, governmental permitting and approval processes, infrastructure planning and construction, overall development of the master plan, marketing and ultimately sales of land and the speculative and build to suit development of major facilities for American Express, Nabisco and numerous other corporate entities.
In 1993 The Equitable endeavored to operate their own marketing sales and management organization and removed Tishman Speyer as the marketing and development partner. Based on the success of these successful efforts was recruited by Westinghouse Communities.
Leasing Agent
NTS Development Company / Louisville
* Began career as a management apprentice within the heavily sales and customer service oriented atmosphere of NTS.
* After just six months in the training program, with a focus on leasing of commercial properties, was sent to Ft. Lauderdale to fill in for a retiring executive. While in the market for a short period of time had a major effect on the previously stalled leasing activity. These efforts were enough to set in motion the development of Phase Two of the development. Returned to Louisville for additional training but when activity slowed again in Ft. Lauderdale was returned to finish the marketing, leasing and development of Phases Two and Three.
Based on this success was recruited by Tishman Speyer.
