Robert Edward Napior

Robert began his career in 1976 when he joined A.O. Misch Construction in Detroit, Michigan. As a project manager, he was involved in various commercial building projects across the Detroit metropolitan area. One of his most notable achievements during this time was managing the construction of the AAA World Headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan, located directly across from the Ford Twin Towers. He was also instrumental in overseeing the development of the region's Michigan National Bank and large AAA consumer branches.

In 1989, Robert Edward Napior shifted his focus to event logistics and founded Event Logistics, Inc. in Brookline, New Hampshire. The company manages significant outdoor events, such as multi-day camping festivals across the United States. His early projects included working with renowned music festivals, including the Phish camping festivals and the early Bonnaroo Festival. Over the next decade, Robert honed his event planning and logistics skills, managing large-scale events and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, suppliers, and local teams.

In 2001, Robert took on a new challenge by becoming the Managing Member and 50% owner of Deployed Resources, based in Tampa, Florida. The company provides essential equipment and services to government agencies, disaster relief efforts, special events, and commercial enterprises. Under Robert’s leadership, Deployed Resources has become a leading provider of temporary base camps for personnel deployed in areas lacking infrastructure. His expertise in cost estimation, project management, and logistics has been key to the company's success.

Robert Edward Napior is also known for his philanthropic efforts. He supports family, friends, and small business owners financially through low-interest loans and monetary gifts, helping many achieve their goals. In his personal life, Robert enjoys collecting classic cars, which provides him with a creative outlet to relax.
