Managed the negotiation process from LOIs, purchase/lease agreements, site develop agreements

and ECCRs/REAs to document real estate transactions and protect Lowe's position as a tenant, purchaser or seller.

Attended regional and national real estate conventions to network with other retailers, pad users, landlords, brokers and developers to expand networks and collaborate with industry professionals.

• Successfully presented new store growth opportunities to the Lowe's Executive Real Estate Committee that

• Managed a $220 million-dollar excess land portfolio in the East Business Unit, which includes outlots ($90M) and large tract land sites ($130M)

• Responsible for leasing and subleasing of approximately 2.5M SF of vacant retail space in dark former Walmart

boxes (Team realigned in March 2012, which separated building and land teams)
