Rich Turasky

These investments span office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties that collectively serve over 1,000 tenants. His responsibilities have included identifying acquisition opportunities, structuring capital partnerships, overseeing development projects, and managing assets through changing market conditions. His approach combines careful underwriting with hands-on oversight to maintain steady growth and disciplined execution.

In addition to his real estate platform, Rich has founded, led, and served on the executive boards of more than 20 operating companies across industries such as plastic manufacturing, pharmaceutical development, aviation, beverage distribution, brokerage, and commercial lending. His leadership has often blended capital investment with strategic direction and governance support.

He has also participated in significant private and public mergers and initial public offerings totaling approximately $2 billion in recent years. Serving as a founding shareholder and executive board member in several ventures, he has contributed to transaction strategy, capital markets positioning, and corporate oversight during periods of expansion.

Born in 1970, Rich earned a Bachelor of Arts from Bradley University in 1992 and later completed executive education programs at Harvard University. He has shared his professional experience as a featured speaker at the University of Illinois, discussing entrepreneurship and real estate investment with students and aspiring business leaders.

Early in his career, he worked with major Chicago-area operating companies on complex commercial real estate assignments while evaluating high-potential private investments. Over time, his expertise expanded to include mergers and acquisitions, multi-state portfolio management, and advanced deal structuring. His development work includes the Huntley SPEC Industrial project.
