Summary

Richard Ceffalio Jr. is a seasoned financial advisor with more than 30 years of experience in wealth management and financial planning. He is the founder of Providence Private Wealth, a firm built on personalized service and long-term client relationships, which merged with Midwest Wealth Management in 2023. Richard currently manages approximately $800 million in assets and has consistently ranked in the top 10 percent of financial advisors nationwide since 2012.

Born on June 19, 1972, in Chicago, Illinois, to an Italian American family, Rich Ceffalio developed strong values rooted in hard work and community. He attended Notre Dame High School in Niles, Illinois, where he was actively involved in school life. He later enrolled at DePaul University in Chicago, earning a degree in finance with a minor in economics. This academic foundation prepared him for a lifelong career in financial services.

After completing his education, Richard entered the financial industry with a clear focus on helping individuals and families plan for their futures. Over the decades, he has guided clients through complex financial decisions with clarity and care. His client-first philosophy emphasizes listening, transparency, and customized strategies, enabling him to build enduring relationships built on trust, consistency, and measurable long-term results.

In 2019, Richard launched Providence Private Wealth to refine his personalized advisory approach further. The firm’s success led to its merger with Midwest Wealth Management in 2023, expanding both reach and resources. His leadership and performance have earned national recognition, including placement on the Forbes Best in State list in 2022 and Chairman’s Club honors for four consecutive years from 2020 through 2023.

Richard’s impact extends beyond finance through leadership and service. He received the Outstanding Achievement in Leadership Award from Dreams for Kids, a Chicago-based nonprofit, an honor documented in a published book. He has also served on the boards of the National Kidney Foundation and the Columbian Club of Chicago, supporting causes related to health awareness and community development.

Outside of work, Richard Ceffali lives in Illinois with his wife, Nicole, and their three children, including his oldest son, who works alongside him in the industry. He is passionate about fitness and endurance sports, completing three marathons in 2024 and participating in Ironman challenges. He also enjoys boating, fishing, pickleball, travel, and time with family, often visiting Long Beach to relax and recharge.
