· Consistently turn insights into ACTION – by partnering with our Shopper Insights team to better
understand shopper behavior and leveraging this knowledge when developing assortment/merchandising
recommendations
· Analyze risk/reward of merchandising requirements tied to vendor funding – providing the account with a

· Initiated Red Bull’s use of VR technology to inspire and engage our key retail partners (i.e. new store

· Responsible for overall ‘look and feel’ of retail environment – including merchandise presentation, in-store
marketing, and fixture implementation for Automotive, General, and Hand Tool categories ($2B)
· Introduced sku/planogram space productivity reporting to the company, to better understand category
performance as it relates to overall merchandisable space available
· Collaborated with cross-functional partners to optimize space allocation between Hydraulic Tanks and
Automotive Jacks – driving an incremental lift of $4M in existing store sales
· Utilized mock store environment to sell new merchandising concepts to leadership prior to in-store
execution

planogram execution guidelines, and tools which effectively managed late strategy changes
