Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end product lifecycle including vision, strategy, roadmap planning, and delivery.
• Define and prioritize Product, PI, and Sprint Backlogs in alignment with business goals and stakeholder inputs.
• Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, and detailed User Stories with clear acceptance criteria and estimation.
• Conduct backlog grooming, prioritization, and story approval sessions with business stakeholders.
• Lead sprint planning, clarify requirements, and support development teams with KT sessions and continuous alignment.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Facilitate monthly goal-setting and product demo sessions with business teams to track progress and gather feedback.
• Maintain transparency through regular updates, backlog refinement, and technical debt tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and post-release support.
