Summary
Jacob Solli is the founder, president, and CEO of Kokoon Global Inc., a company dedicated to redefining ultra-luxury healthcare and wellness. Born in Brønnøysund, Norway, and now living in Florida, Per Jacob has spent over 30 years building businesses, coaching elite athletes, and leading with a focus on measurable results. Since conceiving the idea for Kokoon in 2007, he has transformed it into a multi-million-dollar enterprise, applying his broad experience to create a model of care that blends medical expertise with a strong results-driven approach.
His journey into healthcare innovation began from personal hardship. In 2000, he was the victim of a violent attack with an iron bar, leading to more than a dozen surgeries, the most recent in 2022. When traditional medical treatments failed to heal the infection that followed, he turned to discipline, sports science, and trusted professionals. Training six days a week, he rebuilt his health step by step. In 2006–2007, after using alternative methods to help extend his mother’s life by over 15 years, he recognized there was a better way to care for people—an insight that became the foundation for Kokoon.
Before establishing Kokoon, Per Jacob spent years coaching high-performance soccer teams across Europe. Leading elite athletes in demanding environments taught him discipline, adaptability, and the skill to unite different personalities toward a shared goal. These experiences shaped his leadership approach, enabling him to build strong, capable teams and make decisive choices under pressure.
Under his leadership, Kokoon Global Inc. has achieved the rare distinction of being debt-free and cash-rich, while owning 100% of its assets. Free from lenders, the company has the independence to stay committed to its mission: bringing dignity and results to healthcare. Kokoon’s model integrates traditional medicine, advanced treatments, and wellness-focused services, supported by a handpicked team that includes industry veterans with decades of experience.
Adaptability has been key to Kokoon’s resilience. Over the past two decades, Per Jacob has worked alongside world-class physicians and industry advisors to guide the company’s growth. He listens to trusted advice but is quick to act when necessary. During the COVID-19 lockdowns in Spain, when many operations halted, he moved forward with new ventures, turning uncertainty into opportunity.
Trust and integrity remain at the heart of his leadership. Known for being hands-on and direct, he values transparency with investors and partners. Kokoon has faced challenges such as smear campaigns, online harassment, and two takeover attempts, yet with the support of his family, legal team, and allies, he safeguarded the company’s independence and strengthened its position.
Family remains central to his priorities. He is a father to a daughter and a son in their early 30s, both of whom he considers his greatest achievements. Kokoon is part of the legacy he intends to pass on to them. Even with a demanding schedule and frequent travel between Norway and the United States, he stays focused on creating a better future for his children and for the families Kokoon serves.
Kokoon’s expansion plans are ambitious. In May 2025, the company began construction on a 23-surgical-room clinic in the Canary Islands, a development that will help finance and accelerate the Miami Medical Resort—a groundbreaking concept that combines luxury living with advanced medical care. Plans include establishing satellite centers across all U.S. states and pursuing dual stock exchange listings in Norway and the United States. Every project is managed within cash flow limits, ensuring stability and flexibility.
At the core of Kokoon’s success is Per Jacob Solli’s vision to create a healthcare model that puts people first, delivers consistent results, and holds to the highest ethical standards. His combined experience in coaching, entrepreneurship, and health science gives him a unique perspective on the challenges of modern healthcare. Through Kokoon, he is building not just a business but a lasting legacy of innovation, resilience, and meaningful impact.
