- Oversaw overall digital business in Mindshare Miami. Responsibilities included strategy development, operations and campaign activation across all media disciplines and platforms (Branding, Performance and eCommerce).
- Lead management of FAST (Future Adaptive Specialist Team) throughout +10 advertisers in Miami. Responsible for the set-up and delivery of High-Performance Development Teams to increase [data, technology, analytics and innovation] footprint across business.

- Responsible for the delivery of key strategic clients for Mindshare LATAM. Special focus to GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Health (GSK) and KimberlyClark (KC) in Latin America.

- Coordinated local teams across 16 markets in LA&C (incl. Brazil, North LAO, South LAO and Central America & Caribe)

This movement ensured client satisfaction and unlocked investment growth of the account. +1500% growth YoY and 100% of bonus assignment from client after increasing agency evaluation by +300% compared to previous year. - Mindshare’s overall evaluation increased by +185% in my first year with GSK. (2015)

- Drove the transformation of the Performance Division in Havas Media Spain consolidating the delivery of a stronger solution to advertisers when they needed clearer responses on holistic media strategy, reinforcement of measurements of the activity and a framework of media & marketing solutions that make their business grow.
