Oscar entered the real estate industry after earning his license on his first attempt and quickly became an active investor and agent. Between 2012 and 2018, he participated in more than $20 million in property transactions. This experience strengthened his understanding of property values, investment strategies, negotiations, and the planning required for successful development projects.
Oscar began gaining practical construction experience in 2003 by building homes alongside his cousin, Rudy Elizondo. Over time, he expanded into remodeling investment properties while refining his construction skills. In 2019, he founded Zondo Construction and Zondo Roofing, leading projects that include custom homes, apartment communities, commercial buildings, and roofing services throughout South Texas.
Oscar has built a strong reputation for managing complex remodeling and restoration projects involving churches, commercial buildings, and residential properties. His work emphasizes structural integrity, quality craftsmanship, cost efficiency, and long-term durability. He continues to expand roofing services while preparing to add foundation repair to serve clients across Texas better.
