Summary

As WASH and Environmental Engineer I am responsible for the design and delivery of high quality Water and Sanitation Infrastructure. I am providing leadership in carrying out assessments, design, planning, implementation and monitoring of all WASH construction/rehabilitation activities. I also supervise the design and preparation of all technical documents, Program Description, Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and drawings and the execution and handing over to relevant authorities.

I am involved in efforts to improve recycling, waste disposal, public health, and water and air pollution control.

Management of assessment and emergency interventions in response to natural and man-made disasters.

Max Impact's WASH Unit provides support and advice to approximately 15 humanitarian aid projects in approximately 10 villages.
Daily management of the WASH Unit, planning & control, policy development, interagency representation, supervision of R&D activities, HRM, HRD (curriculum development, training & coaching) and conducting numerous advisory, exploratory, emergency start-up, monitoring and evaluation visits.
