• Implemented a new applicant tracking system. Was the second government agency nationwide to go-live. Trained external recruiting officials on implementation procedures, and internal hiring managers on new hiring processes. Provide on-going change management support to users.
• Researched and implemented an on-demand learning platform to develop a continuous learning program across all units in the organization.
• Served as an advisor to internal information software developers during the creation of an agency intranet. Communicated requirements from business leaders and stakeholders. Learned basic HTML coding to assist with site updates and maintenance.

Promoted to a newly created role designed support the HR Manager and Finance Manager with human resources services, budget and procurement, and administrative projects. Provided HR services to employees at 4 district offices state-wide in a shared services environment.

• Introduced technology-based talent acquisition methods which lead to larger talent pipelines and more diverse workforce.
• Implementation lead on a leave tracking software deployment. Completed legacy data conversion and administered end-user training within a 4-month period.
• Managed a $3 million annual budget and routinely presented budget formulations and reports to business leaders.
• Developed a formalized travel request and authorization program. Processed 400+ travel vouchers annually.

Supported 4 U.S. Probation officers with offender case management, formatting and editing court documents, and preparing routine correspondence and memorandums.

• Selected by the Chief U.S. Probation Officer to administer a caseload of over 400 inactive clients.
