- Introduce and create partnerships for MMI Dining Systems within Florida/Georgia/South Carolina District. Development verticals include: Senior Living, K-12 Education, Higher Education, B&I, and Club Industry.
- Create and present financial analysis for each prospective account of $700k to $3M in managed/budgeted revenue.Develop a custom based solution provided by the results of the financial analysis, customer needs analysis, and property site survey analysis.
- Conduct trade show and multi-event showcases for current and prospective clients.This is a core focus to grow the awareness of the MMI brand in focused verticals for FL/GA district.Participation in such has grown from 1 event to 5 events per year.Shows include: GISA, FCIS, SAIS, SACS, and Leading Age FL.Additionally, showcases have resulted in client partnerships.Awarded best new showcase booth SACS 2015/2018.
- Operational Management and Proficiencies include: labor schedule build, interview and analysis of existing staff, inventory management, food (preparation, storage, proportions, and safety), analysis of sanitation program/implementation, and build of roadmap/implementation plan for client expectations and financial goals.
- Designed and led operational surveys and sales blitzes in my territory.Surveys results include kitchen/serving/dining room design-buildout.Resident/Student/Guest area flow, menu design, concept design, and promotional/marketing design.
- Created and developed- GA Public House Restaurant Concept for Truett-McConnell University. This project included menu and space design, branding and overall concept design.TMU is now the owner of this concept and has franchise rights.
- Regional sales have doubled the size of MMI accounts in the district.New Business Partnerships have resulted in a profit growth of 105% and $7.6M in client-managed portfolios in the district.Responsible for new partnerships in Georgia and launched brand campaign in South Carolina.
