Assist the CEO in the establishment of brand identity, develop and execute marketing strategy both digitally and in print, develop and train sales strategy to drive revenue into the AKTIV Economic Engine towards the fulfillment of greater goals.

-Provide feedback and coordinate cross-functionally to align business towards the service of greater goals, including high-level business requirements and prioritization scheduling to cluster ideas and opportunities into thoughtful product launches

-Lead in the development and delivery of information, content and tools in a prescriptive manner that aligns to the consumer's journey (through the economic engine, through playbooks, etc)

-Cross-function with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to direct product initiatives and ensure new releases are launched visibly, effectively, and on-time.

-Creative and innovative design thoughtfully crafted from the given criteria of my client

-Execution of design in a detailed manner after consultation with client

-Follow-up formatting for use of the design amongst all channels

-Create a consultative branding report on how to continue to improve organization's brand strategy

Development of marketing strategy, sales enablement and launch plans for new product lines, generate product naming for said lines, advertising campaigns, messaging, and content in support of new product releases

-Assist the store manager in the execution of the organization's brand standards

-Assess and address business concerns that will drive traffic, increase sales, or improve brand reputation

-Ensure the engagement of my team during assigned shifts

-Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous guest service and effectively react to and resolve customer complaints.
