Bringing pop culture talent expertise to cutting edge, international brand House of Hart
as a consultant to successful abstract artist Hallie Hart, with residency at the prestigious MANA Contemporary. Created portfolios and pitches that helped Hart land representation with Agora Gallery in Chelsea. Forged partnerships with several New York City restaurants and retailers for exhibition. Increased print media and social media presence with a particular focus on Instagram, gaining approximately 1,000 followers per month.

Traveled around the country with the audition tour for American Idol Productions as a consultant, selecting premier talent for the farewell season of the show. Created a social media mascot and specific posts for the west coast Idol bus tour to assist in promotion of Idol auditions. Coordinated the return of former Idols to the show with various management companies, travel agents and publicists. Scheduled all audition appearances and served as on-site road manager for talent.

Responsible for recruiting new talent outside of the general fitness world to become instructors and oversaw the training process in Los Angeles. Managed intricate schedule for over 35 SoulCycle instructors in the LA area at one time, making certain classes were taught in a manner that would maximize income for the company, assessing the needs of each individual and market. Remained on call 24-7 incase of illness, accident or injury.

• Talent Manager on the road with famed SoulCycle instructors for the Oprah Winfrey “Life You Want Tour” tour in the fall of 2014.
• Strategized with individual instructors to guide them on ways to utilize social media as a means to creatively promote their scheduled classes and SoulCycle auditions, resulting in new talent and revenue increases.
• Scouted several professional level dancers and performers who are now part of the SoulCycle training programs in both New York and Los Angeles.

Procured talent every year over summer audition tour across the United States, including several top 10 contestants. Managed team of Project Coordinators on American Idol to ensure successful delivery of artists to 19 Entertainment by the close of competition and budgeted all needs for signage to the record label. Talent manager for Idol contestants both on and off the show. Worked cohesively with all members of production, FOX and Interscope/Universal records to execute extensive schedules, rehearsals, iTunes recordings, music video and photo shoots as well as interviews and appearance requests. Prior to American Idol served as executive assistant to manager for David and Victoria Beckham during the Spice Girls Reunion Tour and Beckham’s launch with the LA Galaxy.

• Appointed by Idol creator, Simon Fuller, to head up the @AmericanIdol twitter handle during season 10 and grew followers by 150K in three months.
• Supported 19’s Touring Division on the Spice Girls Reunion Tour with handling of VIP guests and meet and greets, and worked directly with talent to arrange rehearsal schedules, meetings and photo shoots for both the Spice Girls and American Idols Live tours.
• Worked with senior producers and ENG crews on the road to interview contestants for creative packages used during episodes of Idol.

Jr. Talent Agent specializing in Athletes and Stunt Persons. Responsibilities consist of submitting, pitching and booking clients on commercial and television projects, freshening talent pool through marketing campaigns and scouting as well as keeping up daily organizational tasks such as filing, fielding phone calls and scheduling representation meetings.

Helped raise the profile of women’s professional soccer in New York, New Jersey and Long Island through partnerships forged during promotional grassroots events and the selling of group/season tickets. Managed all aspects of merchandise inventory and fulfilled orders placed by soccer stores, players and staff.
