What you’re about to read is the story of a worldly go-getter named Nadeen, who is currently in Dubai, and moving back to California this summer. Spending 30 years living in Amman, California, New York, and Dubai, has yielded the recipe that defines the professional I am today. I am a people connector, an emotional intelligencer, a brood of the world, a change adaptor, and a linguistic hobbyist. SAMH is the investment arm of the Government of Sharjah. SAMH fully owns and operates 3 companies including Souq Al Jubail (fresh food market), Souq Al Haraj (the largest car market in the region), and Al Saja’a Industrial Oasis (the largest industrial park in the UAE).

  • Responsible for creating and executing marketing and communication strategies, plans, and budgets for 3 BUs
  • Successfully managing the digital transformation of 120 employees to SAP and SuccessFactors through change management plans and initiatives for SAP on-premise and SuccessFactors
  • Planning and executing a 34-day festival with 50% higher footfall than expected
  • Winning a Guinness World Record for the largest standing lantern in the world in 2016 for the food market
  • Creating an automobile magazine to market the dealerships, including revenue generating advertising for the car market BU
