Professional Commercial and Contracts manager with 25+ years of experience in the Construction industry and have been involved in the management of small to large construction projects throughout Middle East & Asia in number of multiple industry streams including Civils, Buildings, Marine, M&E and Oil & Gas.

·Vast experience in working with FIDIC family of contracts, NEC3, JCT and Bespoke contracts of O&G, and Multiplex.

•Provided Interpretation of contract clauses and the Contractual obligation of the parties, Ensured issuing of appropriate contractual notices on time to Employer and Subcontractors. Drafting all contractual correspondence letters to all stake holders.
·Ensured all variations to the Works are captured, valued and submitted on time. Negotiate and close out all variations promptly. Controlled and updated variation status and related logs with Employer and Subcontractors.
·Involved in the commercial discussions/negotiations with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers with the objective of minimizing financial cost, maximizing financial recovery and avoidance of contractual and commercial exposure to dispute.
·Administered many pre/post award big value main and Sub contracts to ensure the company obligations thereunder are properly performed, the company rights enforced and any exposure to dispute is minimised (Dispute avoidance). Provided input, support and advice to the other Project departments to this end.
·Prepared Project Financial reports which includes monthly cost plan, Cost to date, Cost to complete and managing cash flow.
·Prepared EOT Claims, Disruption & Prolongation claims to the Client and negotiated the same with the employer. Reviewed the Subcontractor’s claim and prepared counter claim to the subcontractors.
