He returned to Ericsson in 2007 in Plano, Texas, where he took on significant responsibilities managing MSC and BSC equipment, which was vital for communication on cruise ships and remote cell sites.

In addition to his technical career, Monzer is a recognized motivational speaker, earning numerous local and national accolades. His engagement with Baitulmaal, Inc., a humanitarian organization based in Irving, Texas, highlights his commitment to philanthropic endeavors. Monzer has been married to Bassiima Dandan for over forty years, and they have four children. His family life, enriched with many grandchildren, remains his proudest achievement.
