I am a former Chief Executive of three public companies. I also provided consulting services on a project-by-project basis. My experience includes mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, business development, general business management, and turnarounds. I have also been involved with strategic planning, marketing, product evaluation, creating infomercials, raising capital from angel, venture capital or public markets, business evaluations, litigation management, investor and media relations. I am a product development 'junkie' and presently license 3 innovative products to third-parties. Many have referred to me as a 'marketing guru'.
