Family owned business so my time is donated while there but it has taught me valuable lessons along the way. Still help out when needed.

Oversaw day to day business operations including AP/AR, HR, budgets, overhead reduction, marketing, IT, 1099 contractor, vendor, and employee relations, developed, maintained file management system to streamline process of job; start to finish to ensure accuracy and accountability. Developed system of checks and balances to maintain integrity at each step in the construction process to ensure customers were completely satisfied to the point they would recommend us to their friends and family.

Hooter's Girl-served customers food and beverages while providing a highly, entertaining dining experience. Also a select few Hooter's Girls were chosen (probably based on our intelligence;) to make appearances at local events being held downtown Indy in the community and sometimes at charity events. I was one of the girls chosen.
