- Sales and Account Management:
◦ Pitched partnerships, coordinated regional sales and managed sponsorship for Taylor Swift's RED and 1989 Tours in Asia, resulting in multiple award-winning campaigns and tangible fan engagement.
* Worked with the RED tour and Unilever to create a set of collectable packaging that was run across more than 25million ice cream cones in South East Asia. The Cornetto rollout added 400,000 new Facebook fans and helped triple their monthly unique reach leading to a 500% uplift in monthly engagements with over 900million campaign impressions.
* Collaboration renewed for The 1989 World Tour concert in Singapore.
◦ Key sponsorship by Unilever was managed and transitioned to WME client Selena Gomez as Official Sponsor for 3 cities on her 2016 Revival Asian Tour.
◦ Maintained a portfolio of C-suite level client relationships in multiple industry verticals. Regular liaison on WME|IMG's annual calendar of events, hospitality offerings and talent representation.
◦ Secured and renewed sponsorship for sport and culinary events on an annual basis.
- Campaign Delivery and Marketing:
◦ Liaised with commercial partners to manage investment requirements. Oversaw the execution of proposed marketing strategies, implementation of initiatives, researching and securing of talent.
◦ Negotiated with artist management, client representatives, agencies, promoters and vendors on deal opportunities, creative concepts, structure, contract drafting and mediation.
◦ Ensured the rollout of campaigns meet contractual fulfilment with adherence to IP and partnership terms.
◦ Managed the creative material approval process alongside complex asset management and delivery.
- New Business Development:
◦ Successfully launched The Color Run across South East Asia and the Bloomberg Square Mile Relay in Singapore. To date more than 250,000 runners have taken part in these events across Asia.
◦ Regular business modelling and reviewing of commercial considerations to ascertain feasibility for new projects in Asia. Projects included Taste Festivals, Cirque Du Soleil, Zumba Fitness Concerts, FIFA Beach Soccer, Front Row at the Shoppes fashion event, Miss Universe and Lollapalooza Asia.
◦ Handled marketing, sales and event planning alongside the operations team.
- Government Interaction:
◦ Coordinated with key stakeholders and the Singapore Tourism Board to pitch, win and deliver a grant and 3-year business plan to add lifestyle components to the HSBC Women's Champions golf tournament.
* Year 1 involved flying in chef and MasterChef: The Professionals judge Monica Galetti. Worked with The Fairmont Hotel for requirements to create an onsite pop-up restaurant. Other engagements included menus for the HSBC hospitality suite and a four-hands dinner for Jaguar Land Rover guests.
* Promoted a concert by iconic British band Take That on the driving range at the tournament venue.
◦ Worked with the team on tenders for Singapore Rugby 7's and the Singapore Marathon.
