Google Web Analytics - Analyzed Google web analytics reports on a regular basis and created detailed and summary reports for management in an effort to have them better understand their website audience as well as site usage and design problems.

Social Media - Initiated, studied and expanded company's social media presence, with an eye toward the best tools and best practices for a B2B company.


MS Access Database Development - Designed and developed a database (MS Access) to track and analyze project and product line data, something Ideal-Pak was not doing
