• Promoted to Cut Shop Supervisor, taking a department

of $6k, to under 7% waste average trending down. Over $120k
a month profit our best month and trending upwards. Achieved
this by monitoring cant selection, saw set up, maximizing time
up, rework and grading.

• Calculated Cut Schedule for plant (Saw Mill, Cut Shop and
