His leadership style was shaped early in life. After graduating high school in 2004, he joined his family’s floor-covering business. Through hands-on experience, he contributed to the company's growth into one of South Florida’s leading contractors. This period taught him valuable lessons about managing teams, recognizing opportunities, and adapting to challenges—all of which later influenced his work in the healthcare field.

In 2008, he transitioned to the health insurance industry. Starting at a smaller agency, he played an essential role in expanding the team from twenty agents to several hundred. He later founded a field marketing organization that provided strong opportunities to agents nationwide, leading to both business growth and a successful exit. These experiences helped him build a foundation of knowledge in leading organizations and driving meaningful change.

With Enhance Health, he set out to build more than just a business. The company focuses on education, guidance, and helping clients, particularly those from low-income backgrounds. Beyond helping people enroll in health plans, his team also works to improve financial literacy and provide clear information about healthcare benefits. This ensures that members not only gain coverage but also understand how to use it effectively.
