• Perform construction works, utilizing of machineries and materials according to written instruction, design details, within drawings, codes and the project specification.

• Make full use of the computerized maintenance management system, IT equipment and communication tools, work on the RFI system with internal department and contactors

• Write reports and present progress and plan schedules at project meetings.

• Plan and priorities workload to support construction and ensure efficient use of working time.

• Carry out actual works, instruct the manpower on their positions, prepare to them for tasks and duties, estimate length of time required to complete a job

• Ensure all personal protective equipment is identified, always available, correctly used and all associated problems are reported to management.

• Observe and comply with all safety and project rules and all company
policies and procedures, and provide instruction to employees

• Implementing quality control of manufacture and installation of concrete reinforcing products

• Resolve problems relating to quality control aspects, the technical calculation to insert parts, conduct test records, inspect technical and mechanical properties, check compressive strength and etc.

• Coordinate actual elevation, points, and identify modifications according to
the project design. Design calculation for concrete and steel connection.

• Drawing up and monitoring the schedule of work.

• Carry out incoming control, an as-built scheme by survey data, hand over documents, and intermediate acceptance of main structures.

• Attending material receiving inspection in all disciplines (Steel Structure, Mechanical Static, Piping and Painting, Electrical Equipment, Instruments, HVAC and Civil) for the construction of «Construction of Gas to Liquid »

• Recording shipments and issuing the equipment of Client/ materials of Contractor

• Handling directions on the receipt of materials from the Warehouse

• Organization of equipment shipping following the request of Contractor/Subcontractor

• Committing material receiving an inspection by quality and quantity (confirming the type/mark of materials following the project specifications and technical documents).

• Handling acts and composing reports on the faulty equipment in OSD Report/Punch List forms

• Checking the condition of the Warehouse before downloading equipment. Inspecting preservation and storage category of equipment/materials

• Verifying the on-time composition and issue of acts on accomplished material receiving inspections

• Manage document processes to ensure control and availability of documentation to site personnel

• Assist in the creation, revision, and distribution of controlled documents.

• Assign control numbers to controlled documents as required

• As needed, assist personnel at the site with processing procedural revisions and protocols in the project documents

• Update/ upload files to the company database, and report the status of documentation

• Support to supervisors, phone calls, and correspondence (email, letters,packages, etc.)
