  • Collaborate closely with the Co-founders to drive business that supports the overall aims of the company.
  • Advise and develop a digital road map for clients to modernize their business.

The management consulting company of the Swedish foreign ministry that helps Swedish companies to grow global sales (a merger of the Swedish Trade Council and Invest Sweden in January 2013). Senior PM deputizes for the Trade Commissioner and Country Manager to Hong Kong and Macau to manage all internal and external affairs when he is out of the office.
  • Initiation of sales and marketing of service offerings typically toward existing and potential C-level clients, both in Sweden and in the local market.
  • Led between 2 and 6 associates/consultants in conducting a diverse range of consulting/research assessment (e.g., market-entry, feasibility studies, sector analysis).
  • Successfully facilitated Sweden-Hong Kong trade and commercial partnership through organizing exhibitions, official-cum-business delegation, and seminars for sectors such as FinTech, F&B, Design & Creative, Cleantech, Medical, and transportation.
  • Worked with management and the finance manager in the compilation of the annual business plan for the Hong Kong entity as well as the preparation of the office budget and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Grew the business incubator service in Hong Kong by 102% in revenue between 2014 and 2015; managed Business Sweden's incubator service/co-working space with up to 30 companies and HR services with up to 25 persons.

Projects mainly cover Hong Kong, but also work with colleagues in China and other Asian countries (e.g., Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Malaysia) in delivering cross-market projects.

  • A member of the Greater China-South (Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Taipei) management team responsible for the operation of the Hong Kong office between Oct 2010 and Dec 2012.
  • A member of the Greater China-South sales team with key tasks of identifying new business opportunities, prospecting and contacting new potential clients, setting up and participating in sales meetings, and participating in developing solutions and closing the deal.
