Lydia Ganley

o Manage the operations and analytics of all Trusts & Estates consignments;

o Oversee Trusts & Estates related new business in LA, SF and NY;

o Maintain and nourish new and existing client relationships;

o Plan and manage the annual budget for the trusts and estates department;

o Coordinate and plan large scale business development events around the country;

o Attend and facilitate company sponsorship of approximately 20 national events and conferences;

o Manage the appraisals department in Los Angeles and a business administrator in SF;

o Plan all Los Angeles office events;

o Responsible for the consignment of over $1,000,000 worth of property thus far.
