• Core responsibilities design and deployment of Cognos KPI reports, data warehouse migration, and the design and implementation of new cross-department reporting processes.

• Achieved the design and implementation of reporting tools for all functional areas of the business including finance, operations, sales, and people.
• Managed all financial and operational functions for $7mm in backlog and ~$16mm in the sales pipeline.

• Gained certification in Cognos report development through an IBM training.
• Initiated and organized weekly partner meetings to strategize growth, resource management and hiring needs.
• Developed a resource utilization analysis and bench resource planning tool that integrates resource assignments with forecasted engagements and high priority internal initiative assignments.

• Core responsibilities included support of client financial management teams, delegation of tasks to a business process outsource team, interaction and support of Clinical, Regulatory and Software project managers, and management of accounts receivables for +400 clients.
• Achieved the development and implementation of a new account management workflow that transitioned SAP data into a data management tool to an offshore data support team.
• Developed an account issue escalation tool that integrated SAP data and account.

• Core Responsibilities focused on the preparation and delivery of drug submissions in excess of 500,000 pages. Drug submission structures included NDAs, biologics, vaccines, and generics.
• Consistently delivered accurate and timely submissions and assisted team with additional work in a fast-changing high pressure environment.
• Invited to the quality assurance team, trained in a cross-functional group in structured product labeling, and joined a special client delivery team prior to transferring out of Regulatory Operations into the finance unit.
