Ensure a seamless experience to attendees and sponsors through the maintenance of high production values and excellent customer service. Assist interdepartmental staff in developing networking and topical programs in support of their goals and objectives.

Manage planning and budget process. Negotiate venue and vendor contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions. Develop marketing plans to ensure brand integrity and appropriate attendance. Oversee in-house and contracted development of written, printed and digital collateral. Prospect and manage corporate and media sponsor relationships.

Manage events calendar and associated communications to avoid internal and external conflicts. Train staff in protocols and technologies across departments to support events, as required. Debrief with staff after events to toward the goal of continuous improvement.

Responsible for marketing, leasing and administration of a large and diverse portfolio of New York City commercial real estate.

Negotiated business terms with potential tenants, real estate brokers and attorneys. Planned and implemented marketing strategy for the 4 million square feet of developed and undeveloped industrial and commercial space at the Brooklyn Army Terminal. Led lease negotiations requiring extensive capital investment. Administered complex ground leases for the MetroTech office complex, achieving maximum revenue and compliance. Managed Bush Terminal leasing during the transition from outside management under a net lease to NYCEDC management.
