Ensure a seamless experience to attendees and sponsors through the maintenance of high production values and excellent customer service. Assist interdepartmental staff in developing networking and topical programs in support of their goals and objectives.
Manage planning and budget process. Negotiate venue and vendor contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions. Develop marketing plans to ensure brand integrity and appropriate attendance. Oversee in-house and contracted development of written, printed and digital collateral. Prospect and manage corporate and media sponsor relationships.
Manage events calendar and associated communications to avoid internal and external conflicts. Train staff in protocols and technologies across departments to support events, as required. Debrief with staff after events to toward the goal of continuous improvement.
