Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate enterprise operations and compliance training curriculum for a 12 billion dollar start-up company that went public in February 2017. Create training curriculum for on performance improvement in support of operational and corporate audiences focusing on: property management, lease administration, maintenance, and call center teams. Leveraged technologies to develop blended learning solutions to include: virtual learning, eLearning, microlearning lessons, responsive learning, mobile learning, and traditional classroom facilitation. Manage the selection and execution of vendor contracts and services for training development / deployment and content management.
- Develop and implement nine Tier 1 projects resulting in a savings of $1,000,000 in efficiency capture and process alignment

Developed and deployed enterprise curriculum for nine different lines of business in the US, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Canada in support of 23,000 employees. Built curriculum through requirements gathering, audience identification, ROI analysis, and face-to-face meetings with subject matter experts and executives. - Transformed the previous Store Manager Development program into an interactive 12-week blended learning program DRIVE: Fourth Gear including art direction and design of custom graphic illustrations for all learning materials. Created a style guide and templates (eLearning, leader guide, participant guide, job aid, and activity sheet)
- Developed and implemented a blended, instructor led training session for the release of the point-of-sale (POS) system, SIMS. Collaborated with eighteen team members to develop a spoke and hub training strategy for implementation across 3,000 stores. Designed the theme, color palette, graphics, and interior design layout for the five-room training facility to form an unified experience for learners
- Collaborated with the Director of Sales Strategy and Marketing Director to create customer and employee-facing job aids for the new smartphone product line
