Responsible 24/7 alarms at an interval of 3 weeks -
I was available for interventions to the alarms triggered by electrical panels, the motors of Rolls-Royce generators and other systems used by the greenhouse management , on a rotational basis, every three weeks
I repaired machines, reset the correct parameters and reported in writing the procedure followed
On my own initiative I contacted the subcontracted companies for repairs or other interventions, communicating in English the difficulties encountered, when appropriate
I collaborated efficiently with the superior management and used the technology made available for repairs, timekeeping and communication (PBtec, Bogaerts, Rolls Royce, TeamViewer, Microsoft Office, Hortimax, Nitea IT Solutions, Plan4Flex).

Maintained building operations and ensure that the three tomato greenhouse are safe and functional at all times
Managed technical repairs like inspecting and fixing the systems
Managed routine maintenance and emergency repairs to prevent and resolve safety or comfort issues
Conducted daily rounds as assigned, log equipment readings, makes indicated adjustments and/or creates work request for major repairs
Painted structures, performed welding work, repaired plumbing fixtures and woodwork
Performed work in a safe manner and insured that greenhouse machines and auxiliary equipment are cleaned and in a safe working condition after all work is completed
Performed all work in accordance with established safety and quality management procedures
Provided guidance and assistance in work being performed by outside contractors
Provided improvement feedback to the managers. Record all performed work through the inhouse technical reports.
Worked in a safe manner and follow safety policies. Made sure co-workers are working safely and following safety policies
Worked with the General Manager to establish, review, improve and execute plant maintenance system standards
Worked with conveyor and electrical systems as well as machinery such as forklifts and work assist vehicles.

Assisted with the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of field crops
Repaired and replace fixtures, valves, traps, piping, and related working parts of feeding, watering, and manure hauling systems
Assisted in the preparation, construction, and maintenance of experimental crop plots
Assisted in the repair and alteration of floors, doors, roofs, rails, fences, gates, and related areas in and around agricultural barns and sheds
Harvested and inspect crops by hand
Irrigated greenhouse soil and maintain pipes and pumps
Operated and service greenhouse machinery and tools
Sprayed fertilizer or pesticide solutions to control insects, fungi, and weeds
Moved shrubs, plants with wheelbarrows or tractors
Operated machines such as conveyor belts, loading machines, separators, cleaners, and dryers
Have made adjustments and minor repairs to equipment.
