Managing the operations of a global company providing digital identity solutions and advanced safety and security products, deploying tracking devices for both the private and public sector and providing e-solutions and biometrics, working with government entities and creating partnerships with public safety agencies through use of electronic monitoring and solutions to address crime and justice issues locally. Overseeing the operations over offices in multiple California cities and serving in the dual role as the Executive Director over SuperCom’s subsidiary company LCA.

Performed senior level HR functions. Conducted a variety of internal affairs investigations and security audits. Presented at legislative hearings and in community settings representing the agency on a variety of topics.
