1. Directed the Products like Export Bills Lodgment and Discounting , Both Letter of Credit Issuance ( Inland and Export) ,Delivery Order Issuance ,Standby Letter of Credit issuance , Clean Outward Remittances, Direct Import Payments, Advance Import Payment, Bank Guarantee Issuance (Domestic and Foreign) , Counter Bank Guarantee Issuance , Disbursal of Packing Credit facility for Export (PCFC), MTT transactions , Letter of Credit Bill Discounting (LCBD), Worked on EDPMS Date ,Worked on IDPMS Date, Bill of Entry Knock off, Shipping Bill Knock Off, Issuance of Bill Realization Certificate(BRC), Inward Remittance, Inland Bills payments, Import Bills Payment.

2. Completing the work in given time frame (pre cut off and post cut-off , Documents Checklist preparation and exception resolutions) and highlighted the errors in the documents submitted by the Client and ensure that the payment happens by EOD.

3. Prioritized the resolution and response to customer complaints and problems with agreeable time-frame as well as ensured that high levels of customer satisfaction were maintained.

4.Ensured that all the activities takes place as per Bank LOP .

5.Work on Overseas Documents release & documents arrival notice on a daily basis and ensure physical documents are delivered to client on time , to avoid demurrage charges.

This Course is conducted by Banks for enhancing the Skills of the employees before joining the bank so that the employees can sustain themselves in Banking Sector .
