In his early career in Retail Management, he studied Management Information Systems (MIS) at triOS College, graduating in 2001. His career began at TJX Canada, where he advanced through various roles, eventually taking on managerial responsibilities across numerous stores in Western Canada. His retail management prowess is evident from his involvement in over 40 new store launches, including the first 6 HomeSense stores in Canada, where he was instrumental in driving employee management and customer satisfaction.
In 2007, he transitioned to the position of Director of Leadership Development at a Texas-based missionary program, where he refined his mentoring and motivational skills. Later, as the Executive Director of Acquire the Fire, he led significant growth initiatives and introduced new products and operational efficiencies within the nonprofit, leveraging digital technologies to enhance communication and workflow.
As an executive pastor at a prominent nondenominational evangelical Christian megachurch in Texas, he managed nine campus locations, focusing on aiding those hurt by the church or other religious institutions. His tenure at AFCM International’s Southern Plains Region further allowed him to support pastors needing encouragement.
A charter class graduate of the AFCM International Training Center and an alumnus of the Huge O'Brian Youth Leadership Foundation, Kemtal is committed to nurturing future business and nonprofit leaders. Currently, as Managing Partner at Victorville Group and a popular guest lecturer, he continues to influence leadership practices through seminars, conferences, and retreats nationwide.
