As a strategist I am responsible for developing a creative and communication strategy for brand campaigns including brand strategy and positioning.
Clients: MTS, LADA, Jygyli Barnoe.

  • Developed communication strategy for the new brand MTS Junior which is subsidiary brand for the MTS - the biggest telco ecosystem brand in Russia
  • Assisted to Strategic Director in developing a new brand platform and creative frame renovation for whole brand MTS
  • Worked closely with a media agencies to develop 360 campaigns
  • Prepared and conducted an induction strategy meeting with the new marketing director of LADA.
  • Conducted monthly reports on communication performance efficiency for clients to clients which helped to improve brand communication
  • Supervised three interns and helped become Junior Strategists in our team and one in different agency.
  • Wrote creative briefs to encourage creative team to come up with creative idea for different campaigns and different brands from banking to beer industry
  • Conducted researches and analyze data to get better understanding of an audience and their insights to determine the TOV of the message for the campaign

  • Assisted to a Strategic Director in developing a communication strategy with new positioning on the Russian market for Unicredit Bank and creative briefs for campaigns
  • Developed competitive reviews and consumer research which helped in understanding consumer insights in rapidly changing pandemic environment to adjust current campaigns for Visa.
