I run toward a challenge, not away from it. Each chapter in my career has been designed to expand my skill-set, further my learning, challenge my assumptions, and ultimately deliver meaningful returns for both the organization to which I am employed, but more importantly to the clients that we serve.

I’m unique. I’m a senior leader that loves to get his hands dirty. I’m a “doer”, not a delegator. I think from a leadership perspective, holistically to drive systemic upgrades, change, improvements, and results.

Perhaps most importantly, I can elevate the collective. I get inspiration from the great people around me and identify and cultivate their unique strengths to make them better. This formula is what drives record setting performance.
