● Conduct training needs assessments and focus groups with Partners and Associates to develop training programs consistent with the Firm's competencies and benchmarks.

● Oversee the Summer Associate Program which includes overall program logistics, orientation process, on-boarding and review process. Results: recruited and hired over 37 students to date.

● Accountable for partnering with career services for over 12 universities. Successfully coordinated 2 receptions for potential new hires as well as 2 diversity job fairs to date.

● Responsible for collaborating with Sr. Training and Development Manager and CHRO for the learning and development for a law firm of 500 attorneys. Results: successfully partnered to implement programs and updated online curriculum learning paths.

● Facilitate assessments including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and DISC workshops for over 6 teams and 40 individuals.

● Accountable for the firm's CLE administration which includes maintaining accredited provider status in 2 states as well as monitor and communicate CLE rule changes of all MCLE states.

● Plan and implement attorney training programs by identifying training needs. Results: successfully hired 2 speakers for trainings.

● Manage Professional Development programs for staff training programs, and act as project manager for attorney and staff programs.

● Responsible for CLE accreditation for all educational programming in all MCLE jurisdictions. Successfully streamlined process and held 8 live audio conferences monthly.

● Manage onsite administration of CLE database and member inquires at the annual conference. Results: successfully managed over 21 conferences with over 3,000 attorneys at each conference.

● Implement and monitor online attendance verification and CLE tracking system as well as was the primary customer services representative to all inquiries. Results: successfully assisted over 3,000 attorneys.

● Responsible for compliance of certification and recertification requirements for approximately 3,000 (yearly) candidates for CFP® certification and over 62,0000 certifications to meet organizations mission for protecting consumers who seek personal financing planning services.

● Conducted 1 webinar and 5 presentations on current certification standards and requirements.

● Streamlined application process and improved turnaround time.

● Trained staff members to coordinate workflow and meet competing priorities within short deadlines.
