- Managed a corporate-wide business process outsourcing (BPO) project through contractor selection, due diligence, contract negotiation, transition, and implementation, with a project scope covering Finance and IT back office activities across 7 divisions and 25 different countries.
- Developed a strategic plan for a dedicated corporate initiative into a new vertical market segment, incorporating market research, macro-economic analysis, product gap and new product development identification, an integrated marketing strategy, a suggested organizational structure redesign, and recommended M&A activity.
