Inspire Impact is a pioneering summer incubator and fellowship program that pairs top MBA students with high-performing social ventures to help the organizations develop sustainable business strategies. I partnered with Plum Alley, a crowdfunding platform for women entrepreneurs, to launch 1000 Strong, a program designed to increase the amount of capital available for women entrepreneurs and grow the base of women funders/investors.

As part of the Corporate Location Strategy team, I helped lead firm-wide, cross-functional location strategies, developed guiding principles to optimize costs and capabilities, and established sustainable footprint for the Corporate organization, including 130k Technology & Operations employees. I worked with all lines of business to drive planning strategies and provide guidance on location initiatives, including presenting location rationalization strategies to COO and Operating Committee.

As part of the CAO Strategy & Process Improvement team, I worked on a range of functional and cross-functional strategic initiatives for the firm, such as process redesign, organizational and functional diagnostics, front-line change management, and site strategy.

As part of the Internal Audit team for the Investment Bank, I verified the adequacy and effectiveness of controls in the following businesses: Public Finance, Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities, and Government Sponsored Enterprises, including FNMA, FHLMC, FHLB, TVA and FFCB.
