JORDAN OKUN
Writer
Summary
A native Angeleno, Jordan has a razor-sharp wit and observes, skewers, and revels
in all aspects of pop culture. Okun’s debut novel L.A. FADEAWAY is a darkly comedic
journey of an eager assistant at a talent agency and the rarified access it provides.
The book, published by Touchstone / Simon & Schuster, was profiled in The Wall
Street Journal, Hollywood Reporter and Los Angeles Times. Okun is finishing a
second novel and has developed television projects with Joel McHale for IFC and TV
Land. He started his career watching VHS submissions for America’s Funniest Home
Videos, and later witnessed even more entertaining action in the ICM mailroom.
