Johnny Buscema Jr. leads as the President and CEO of Safe (S.A.F.E.) Structure Designs is a premier Christian-based defense contractor specializing in ergonomic safety-first support equipment for branches of the U.S. military, including the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and the U.S. Coast Guard, as well as Special Ops. Since founding S.A.F.E. Structure Designs LLC in 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada, he has guided the company to prominence within the defense sector, focusing on designing, engineering, and manufacturing tailored solutions for military needs.

The company's extensive product line caters to requirements across air, land, sea, and space sectors. With seven manufacturing facilities spread strategically across the United States, S.A.F.E. Structure supports the DoD globally with robust, American-made products, leveraging each facility's unique capabilities to achieve limitless potential in production and innovation. He credits his success to his faith in Jesus Christ, often reflecting that adherence to God's word ensures that "Jesus never lets us down."

Before his current role, he was President, CEO, and majority partner at All Metal MS, where he significantly increased the company’s financial standing and production capacity using his refined business operations and financial management skills. His early career in financial investing provided him with a solid foundation to successfully manage cash flows, reduce costs, and negotiate with creditors effectively.

His professional journey in finance began at John Hancock in 2001, where his drive and determination quickly elevated him to the upper echelons of the financial industry. In 2005, leveraging his deep understanding of financial investments and his family's background in real estate construction, he founded Stylistic Designs Developers in Clearwater, FL. This firm has become well-known for its integrity in managing construction projects encompassing residential, commercial, and medical facilities.

He was born in Long Island, NY, and raised in Florida, where he completed his higher education at the University of Florida, proudly representing the institution as a Gator Alumni and standout athlete on the men’s track and field team. Although an injury ended his Olympic dreams prematurely, he has continued to give back to the sport through coaching roles in various schools across Florida, Nevada, and Illinois.

In 2010, his career took a pivotal turn when he joined All Metal MS, focusing on developing safety equipment for the aviation industry. This role prepared him for his eventual leadership at S.A.F.E. Under his guidance, the company adheres to Christian principles and has grown significantly, offering specialized safety solutions tailored to the unique needs of the Department of Defense.

Besides his business ventures, he is deeply committed to philanthropy, mainly supporting Christian causes alongside his wife. They have contributed to the construction of churches in underserved areas and supported numerous charitable activities. For over 15 years, he has also portrayed Jesus Christ in a play that has led many to explore their faith more deeply.
