Oversee sales and solutions promoting technical sales growth in wireless market. Supervise three-sales engineers focused on 5G strategy, technology, and workflow procedures. Collaborate with cross-functioning teams to deliver winning portfolio and defined project scope. Seek and secure new business plus sales engineering and field enablement producing solutions for direct end-user customers and partners. Create and enhance sales enablement methods and initiatives matching sales goals and business strategy.

Selected Contributions:
• Spearheaded design and customer solutions securing the right to win an additional $400M over next 15 years by obtaining new franchise licenses and P3 deals to create right of way access for wireless providers.
• Managed successful RFP submission for design build of MTA Canarsie Tunnel Wireless network and wholesale fiber delivery resulting in $17M gross revenue share over 10 years.
• Designed and sold custom 5G wireless equipment locations driving cost plus CAPX recovery on all locations with additional monthly recurring revenue streams to meet 18% IRR.
• Conceptualized, researched, and built product portfolio to meet Enterprise consumer connectivity needs for new business unit in Transit Wireless. Focused on delivering connectivity as a service (utility) for in-building, smart connected building solutions to create new revenue streams.
• Establish tactical strategy, gains executive leadership buy-in, and manage the implementation of the tactical strategy for each program

• Led multiple franchise contract amendments resulting in 60% EBITA target while delivering 5G enabled customer solutions.
