• Oversaw multi-million-dollar campaign budgets and cash flow, including identifying areas of budgetary concern and developing targeted plans to address challenges through revenue and spending decisions.
• Collaborated with DSCC leadership on strategic spending of Committee funds to key states based on research and polling on the ground.
• Coordinated the hiring process for over 80 campaign finance staff and consultants over two years.
• Engaged surrogates from Democratic Party and Obama Administration to travel to targeted races.

Led all fundraising efforts for Senator Kay Hagan's reelection campaign, raising $24.5M and an additional $1.4M for the state coordinated campaign, tripling candidate's previous race and becoming the highest grossing Senate campaign in the 2014 election cycle.
• As senior campaign leadership, worked with communications, field, and research teams to develop narrative around the Senator's candidacy. Efforts yielded record engagement by grassroots supporters in local fundraising and elevated the race to prominent national attention, bolstering national high and low-dollar fundraising efforts.
• Engaged national organizations, including EMILY's List, League of Conservation Voters, and Human Rights Campaign, to endorse candidate and raise over $1.6M combined through donor conference calls, events, and digital and direct mail appeals.
• Hired and managed a team of seven employees and six consultants responsible for major gift, direct mail, and telemarketing. Managed a budget of $1.5M for fundraising program that included large-scale, strategic investments in donor acquisition for digital, direct mail and telemarketing programs.
• Planned and executed more than 550 in-state and national events, including events headlined by President Clinton, Vice President Biden, and singers Carole King and James Taylor.

• Assembled a coalition of national and state organizations, including the American Association of Justice, AFL- CIO, and EMILY's List, to prioritize the race and channel over $4M in donations from individual, political action committees and grassroots donors to campaign.
• Collaborated with other senior staff, media and polling consultants, and national party leadership to frame strategic messaging and public narrative on key campaign issues.
• Recruited and managed a staff of eight employees and three consultants responsible for in-state fundraising, national fundraising, and direct mail.
