• Research Analytics: develop data-intensive materials regarding governance, compensation, activism, and investors and proxy advisors, including market trends, financial analyses, shareholder viewpoints, and voting tendencies; e.g. analyze activists' relative performance against sector indices to show how intervention impacts portfolio companies over time

• Process Improvements: optimize business processes; e.g. created a database for sharing internal and external resources; designed an "intranet" and internal knowledgebase and drive user engagement by pushing new content and establishing ways to incorporate usage into our daily workflows

Marketing:

- Led all marketing initiatives across email marketing, advertising, and content; managed reporting for Sales Marketing; collaborated closely with the product, sales, marketing, and operations teams

- Designed, built, and managed Flexport's marketing automation machine and list management system

- Optimized our email marketing strategy and simplified many of the sales team's manual processes with automation

Business:

- Designed and led the development of various internal and customer-facing reporting dashboards

- Sold our service to hundreds of inbound prospects and existing clients

- Managed client shipments by liaising with 3rd party warehouses, freight companies, manufacturers and sellers

• Managed origination and distribution for IPOs and block trades, including determination of pricing and allocation of stock to potential investors. Coordinated with related departments such as Equity Capital Markets and the Sales Trading desks

• Designed and built a new organizational initiative which enabled my team to bid and close deals at short notice, by increasing transparency and visibility into public blocks pricing

• Closed over $15bn worth of primary and secondary placements rights issues for companies across Asia, including:

- Shin Corp: $687m follow on; Thailand's 3rd largest block ever. An example of the successful public blocks initiative

- People's Insurance Company of China: $3.6bn IPO on the HKEx; largest IPO on the exchange in two years. CS was Joint Sponsor and Joint Global Coordinator, i.e. our team managed 16 other banks to close the deal

- PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk: $194m rights issue and $154m concurrent placement. Acted as CS Syndicate point- person and international Global Coordinator and led three Indonesian local banks to raise net proceeds of ~$15m
