  • Promoted across roles guiding design and development of private label wovens and denim for INC and Bar III brands.
  • Leads a team of three in developing seasonal collections for INC denim and woven bottoms; guides all aspects of design direction, color/print/fabric selection, and execution as the subject expert on denim and private label.
  • Overhauled the INC Denim line by updating original hardware, labels, and paper ticketing; modernized Core fits to be more contour conscious with shaping back pockets and core control front pocketing.
  • Led the first sustainable capsule initiative with INC Earth that set the foundation for sustainability movements across the organization; researched renewable fabrics and guided design of knit and woven silhouettes.
  • Selected as part of a global team to evaluate new factory partners in Vietnam in response to global tariff challenges; successfully on-boarded new facilities while building opportunities for production partners outside of China.
  • Grew sales for bottoms category $1M+ on units down to LY while reducing SKUs; increased denim sales 39% overall.

Senior Designer – INC Dresses 2018 – 2019

  • Turned around the $56M INC dresses business by modernizing the knit aesthetic, design detail, and fit; led print direction and design strategy for 40 SKUs (30 prints) monthly.
  • Sourced and produced prints, fabrics, and patterns that were on-trend and relevant to the market.
  • Worked with technicians to fine-tune draping and fit to achieve a more elevated silhouette.
  • Initiated a top-selling maxi dress capsule that contributed $5M in annual sales; grew overall woven dress sales 40%.

Design Lead – Bar III 2016 – 2018

  • Reimagined the Bar III label across all categories (dresses, blouses, knits, bottoms, outerwear) under new aesthetic and voice; led design direction, print/color concepts, fabric, and assortment planning to achieve $43M in revenue.
  • Managed production calendar and vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate turnaround of samples.
  • Transformed the brand by setting new tone and visual appeal to attract a younger consumer (18-35).
  • Led a three-person team, reporting into the President of Design.

  • Brought on to launch the first denim line for INC; expanded the collection from a limited line of basic washes into a core assortment and Macy’s top-selling denim brand within two years.
  • Led fabric sourcing, wash development, communication with overseas/domestic vendors to produce a seasonal collection of 60 core SKUs with 20 new fashion SKUs monthly.
  • Guided conversations around sizing and extensions to improve overall fit and create alignment with other categories.
  • Expanded role to included oversight of bottoms, skirts, and outwear; owned production calendars and directed the business from concept through fabric selection, sketching, tech pack creation, and fittings for all categories.
